What are the best ways to get into the Telluride Bluegrass festival from the outlying campgrounds (Illium, Lawson Hill, and Beyond)?  What about getting a ride in from Down Valley (Sawpit, Placerville, Norwood) on the Galloping Goose bus ($1.00)?  Will they pick up riders with lawn chairs?
