Through our extensive experience, network and partners, we can handle all the details of your musical travel and you can focus on what is most important enjoying yourself!

Why should I use MelodyTrip to plan my trip?

Melodytrip's singular focus making your musical trip as perfect as possible. Our revenues come from our vendor partners so our services are completely free to you. In fact you will save money by getting the best available rates on airfare, hotels, event tickets, restaurants. We will also save you a tremendous amount of time in planning your trip and use our extensive experience in planning musical destinations to make recommendations. You will have access to special events, promotional items and inside info, updates, alerts, reviews and discussions that come with being a MelodyTrip member?

What kind of trips can MelodyTrip help me plan?

If it is musically based you name it. Our greatest focus is on our Specialty Musical Festival Travel, but we can build a completely customized trip for you, whether you want to see your favorite artist in several cities, or you want to experience a genre of music you are completely unfamiliar with in a unique setting like an island cruise! If you can dream, we can help you make it a reality!

How Can MelodyTrip save me money on hotels, airfare, event tickets and more?

It is pretty simple. MelodyTrip books hotels way in advance for major musical events in advance and books in large volume. We have relationships in place with many of the major hotel chains nationwide. By booking do far in advance and in such large volume, MelodyTrip is able to lock in the best possible rate long before you have even decided you want to travel to a particular event. As a major event approaches, hotels start raising their rates, but we have beaten them to the punch and we pass along the savings to MelodyTrip members.

We partner with Cleveland Circle Travel, a leading Boston-based travel agency. Through their booking software, we can easily locate and book the most convenient flights for our customers.

We have relationships with many of the major musical festivals. As with hotels, we can receive discounts for buying tickets in advance and in large quantity and pass the savings along to you.

We also have many other festival partners that enable you to save money and have access to savings on dining, transportation, sightseeing and other things that will enhance your musical travel experience!

How Do I Get Started?

All you need to do is register as a MelodyTrip member and fill out our short MelodyTripBuilder survey. We will contact you after we receive this and begin the process of exploring and hopefully planning your musical journey.
